On August 18th, from 6pm - 8pm, Banook's Nationals athletes are hosting a Spaghetti Dinner and Pep Rally in honour of Banook's U12s and U14s competing in Champs! Champs is an exciting regatta, and the dinner and rally are all about team spirit, carb loading, eating cake, making flags and getting totally hyped for the finals the next day! Dinner includes spaghetti and sauce (some gluten free pasta and/or meat-free sauce options available), cesar salad, garlic bread, drink and dessert. Banook will have a cash bar open for the adults.

Tickets for the event are $15/person or $50/four, and will be available for purchase through Eventbrite, with some limited availability at the door (please note that a small administrative fee will be added to your Eventbrite ticket).
