Banook Canoe Club is hiring an Assistant Coach for a term position. The Assistant Coach is a full-time position which supports the club at all levels of programming and coaching. Collaborating with the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist in determining programming for all groups including, but not limited to High Performance year-round training, youth summer programs, off-season developmental programming and Masters’ Programs. With the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will mentor and guide seasonal youth coaches and will work with the Head Coach, Paddling Director and Commodore, to assist in the growth and development of BCC athletes and programs.
