Boat Drivers Needed

Good afternoon, all! 

We are still on the lookout for referee boat drivers for the upcoming ADCKC Champs / Nationals Qualifying Regatta taking place on Lake Banook from Thursday, July 30 - Saturday, August 1. Our regatta boat drivers operate the pontoon referee boats with direction from the officials on board, often following races down the course. To volunteer as a boat driver, you must have your Pleasure Craft Operators License. 

Ideally, boat drivers will be on-site at the Tower (34 Boathouse Lane) 30 minutes before the first race of the day, or 30 minutes before the first race after the lunch break. If you are interested and available to help out at all (mornings, afternoons, or full days), please email [email protected] with your availability. All volunteers receive a front-row seat for the races, as well as a free lunch!
