As a non-profit organization all goods and services shall be acquired with the end goal of better serving the membership in an affordable and efficient manner. This policy will ensure that goods and services are acquired in an open and fair manner that is efficient and maximizes the value for the Club and its members.

Procurement transactions must be within the scope of the Board of Directors annual approved Budget.
