Every two years the Bylaws must be reviewed in order to keep them up to date and relevant to current operations. This year, the Bylaws Committee consisted of Andrea Bowie, Cheryl Canning, Renée Lutwick and Amanda Sparkes. All the bylaws were reviewed and proposed changes were discussed. The below is a list of the proposed bylaw changes and reasoning to be voted on at this year’s AGM.
