Banook Canoe Club is the oldest non-profit paddling organization located on historic Lake Banook in Dartmouth, NS. We blend high-performance training with recreational programs aimed at developing life-long athletes in the sport. With a long history of Olympians and National team members coming from within our ranks, Banook Canoe Club is committed to continuing this legacy into the future.

We offer excellent programs to our community in sprint canoe and kayaks, war canoe, dragon boat, kiddie canoe, canoe polo, summer camps and swim programs. The club is also open year round, with a grand hall and recently renovated gymnasium providing recreation and social activities for all ages.
